Exchange and Return Policies

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

The products purchased by the “ User ” may be returned for the following reasons: Yes, there is an error in the article. For your return, you must keep the original packaging, any company store, the item in good condition, complete with its accessories, manual and packaging. The item must not show signs of abuse (accompanied by the corresponding purchase order that will act as a purchase receipt, for purchases on “ www.nuwausmx.com ”, or the purchase receipt issued in store). You can make the exchange or return at any of our “ Nuwaus ” stores; you only need to bring the product and the purchase receipt or your confirmation email if it was an online purchase. If you return a large volume item, you can request collection at your home.

In the event that “The Clients” for reasons attributable to “Nuwaus” receive a product that:

A).-Does not correspond in terms of the characteristic, brand, specifications and other substantial elements under which it has been offered on “ The Website ”.
B).-Have any defect of origin attributable to “ Nuwaus ” or “ Authorized Supplier ”.
C).- “ The customer ” has 30 days after the purchase, if the item breaks down, was not to their complete satisfaction or they simply prefer to take another one, to return or exchange the product. The Client will be refunded all of their money if they do not bring another item. Restrictions apply on products described in this policy. You have a maximum of 90 days to exchange or return any product, starting from the day of your purchase.
D).-“ The Customer ” may request the exchange or return from “ Nuwaus ” and must go to the physical “ Nuwaus ” department store of their choice in accordance with the following:

Change:

  1. The Client must present his invoice for any claim.
  2. If within the first 30 days of purchase the item breaks down, it was not to your complete satisfaction or you simply prefer to take another one, it must be returned complete, packaged, with instructions and without damage.
  3. The Client will be refunded all of their money if they do not bring another item. Restrictions apply on products described in this policy. 

Note If the packaging is damaged, a proportional part of 10% of the product will be deducted. We suggest keeping the original packaging.

Return:

  1. Return with purchase confirmation email: The purchase confirmation made by email must be shown to make the return.
  2. You can make a return within 30 days from the date of delivery due to a factory defect or it was not to your complete satisfaction. If you receive a damaged and/or incomplete item, you can return it within 5 days from the delivery date. If the packaging is damaged, a proportional part of 10% of the product will be deducted. We suggest keeping the original packaging.
