WARRANTY POLICIES

“Nuwaus México” extends this Guarantee in favor of consumers with respect to all the items sold by this company, granting 1 year of Guarantee, except in cases where the producer, importer, distributor or any third party assumes the obligation to guarantee the written article. The guarantee that duly covers failures or defects of the product, once the Customer has received it.

Said guarantees comply with the provisions of Mexican Laws or, where applicable, adhere to any other regulation or Official Mexican Standard that applies according to the nature of each product in question, in accordance with the following sections:

Items with 1 year Warranty:

On computers, printers, consoles, video games, video game accessories, MP3 players, tablets, a 1-year Warranty applies exclusively with the manufacturer or Service Workshop authorized in the product Warranty Policy. For products other than the brand, please contact us directly.
